From 2009 to 2021, the share of American high-school students who say they feel “persistent feelings of sadness or hopelessness” rose from 26% to 44%, according to a CDC study.
Good topic. But the title is misleading. There is no content which explains or even theorizes why American teens are so sad. Better title would have been something like 'American Teen Sadness On The Rise'
This graph is not reflecting a full picture ! Someone black/white is not in the other categories of male/female/lgbt ?
Do we have an understanding of why "teens are so sad"? Are you able to point us to a resource that sheds light on this? Thanks for all you do. I appreciate it.
