4 in 10 Americans haven’t left the country

How well-traveled are Americans?

A study conducted by market researchers OnePoll surveyed 2,000 Americans across the U.S.  about their travel experiences. 40% of respondents said they have never left the country.

These results don’t mean people don’t want to travel. 76% of respondents wished to travel more than they already do and 60% said they have a list of places they’d like to visit.

The biggest travel barriers cited aren’t surprising: a lack of necessary finances and a general shortage of leisure time.

Thankfully, I'm a part of the 60%'ers. Business and pleasure international travel. Boom.
