ACSI asked more than 62,000 consumers to choose their favorite stores in a number of categories. The satisfaction rating is based on product quality and is measured on a scale of 0–100. Overall ecommerce scores dropped 2.4% YoY with Amazon dropping 4%.

Costco — 83
Amazon — 82
Target — 80
Walmart — 74
