This statistic shows users in selected countries in 2018 who accessed the internet via any device (i.e., computers, mobile phones, and tablets) at least once per month.

A follow up from today’s fact:

• Readers responded to the survey at the bottom of the email 150% more than average. (“Did you enjoy the fact today? Yes / No”)

• Paraphrasing the most commonly asked question, “Can you add a column that shows each country’s population? That way we can see the percentage of each country’s population who are internet users.”

• Answer: The United Kingdom ranks first (98%) followed by Japan (93%) and South Korea (93%). At the bottom of the list, opportunity for adoption is greatest in Indonesia (35%) and India (36%).
