Circulated: June 20, 2019

RED: You have a high degree of confidence that your project cannot meet its objectives and goal date. The team has worked to identify mitigations to solve key blockers but those have failed or do not exist.

YELLOW: Your project has one or more launch blocking items and there is no mitigation in place. You are working to identify potential mitigations and have not yet concluded that none exist.

If you fail to identify mitigations, then RED.

If you identify them, then GREEN.

GREEN: Your project has a well-defined plan of execution, has resources assigned to it, and your resources are executing per the plan. Your project may have risks; however, you have identified appropriate mitigations for those risks.
