Working remotely is quickly becoming the new permanent normal for many employees. The shift will allow companies, including the three below, to expand their talent pools beyond geographic location.

Salesforce estimates over 65% of its 29,000 workers will choose to remain remote or balance a hybrid of home and office time post-pandemic.
Spotify will let employees work from wherever they collaborate best - home or in an office - with its Work From Anywhere model.
Coinbase is remote-first; (almost) any employee who prefers to work outside of an office can do so.
