Consumers are increasingly turning to e-commerce to purchase goods. From 2010 to 2019 e-commerce sales in the US have grown by around 15% year-over-year (YOY). In 2020 the COVID-19 pandemic rapidly accelerated the growth of e-commerce to 44% YOY.
