I enjoyed the milk comp piece. I would have loved to see environmental impacts included. I love almond milk, but I hear there is a strong push for oat milk due to the the need for less water to produce it.

Cons for cow's milk: You are not a baby cow. It is breast milk from another species. Cows produce milk to feed their calves. Cows are forcefully inseminated over and over, then their babies are taken away from them so that humans can have their milk. Please watch "dairy is scary"
