A minimum viable product (MVP) prioritizes product development that maximizes user feedback to allow for course correction. 

Henrik Kinberg created a famous graphic depicting building a car through incremental development. 

The first approach depicts a common misconception about iterative product development: building a product until it is fully complete and delivering it at the end. 

The second approach focuses on the customers’ underlying need and utilizes user feedback to transform the skateboard into the convertible.
