Amazon ships more than FedEx

Amazon shipped over twice as many parcels and doubled its parcel handoff to carriers for last-mile delivery in 2020 compared to 2019. Amazon also surpassed FedEx in overall parcel volume, reaching 21% market share (FedEx dropped to 16% in 2020.) Amazon’s YoY growth has far outpaced that of its main competitors.
