Ballots Returned by Age Group
More than 120 million U.S. voters cast ballots in this year’s midterm elections, which closed last week.
Of the ~5 million voters in the state of Washington (where I live 🙌), here are the ballots returned by age group.

Curious what it means for "ballots returned"? Are these ballots that were mailed to voters? So while certain age groups might have a low number of ballots returned, that could mean a high number voted/submitted a ballot in person?
