Six ways to make people like you
Dale Carnegie was an American writer and lecturer who published the best-selling book How to Win Friends and Influence People. Here are ideas in a nutshell for improving your relationships with others:
Become genuinely interested in other people.
Smile.
Remember that a person’s name is to that person the sweetest and most important sound in any language.
Be a good listener. Encourage others to talk about themselves.
Talk in terms of the other person’s interests.
Make the other person feel important—and do it sincerely.
It's amazing how we can take a piece written in 1936, reflect on it, and realize that it is still 100% relevant to what we do today...thanks for sharing, Danny
