Researchers found that 39% of respondents say that when colleagues check in with them about how they are doing, both personally and professionally, they feel the greatest sense of belonging at work.
Take away: By reaching out on a personal level, we can make colleagues feel significantly more valued and connected.

Neighborhood communities — 19%
Places of worship — 17%
