Amazing article you have explained very good that how a product manager operates every thing in an organization. for more information visit my page :https://catbuzzy.com/read-blog/95867
Hey Danny - I'm a BIG fan of Fact of the Day! This fact is close to my heart (been a Project/Program Manager for 25 years). The last comment (Program Manager: Answers "how" and "when") is something I've been chewing on lately. On Agile Scrum teams, the Delivery Team (predominately the Developers) determine the "how" and "when." Yes, Program Managers may have insight into how the business might want something or when, but ultimately the Delivery Team will determine the actual how and when. Thoughts?
Amy, I'd love it if you wanted to elaborate on this further. Possibly in its own fact...? Would be neat to get your point of view out to other readers thinking the same thing.
