I started at Amazon on Monday, and so far I love it! I want to add that there is now a timed Decision Making/Work Style assessment that is taken after the call with the recruiter, and there is a writing sample you have to submit.
for which position? is this process same for all levels?
A great read. What happens if a candidate is not hired over 2 consecutive loops? Is he/she on a permanent no hire list?
