Not surprised South Korea is beating the US. My fiancee was recently telling me about how he missed their internet when he was deployed there.
I'd be interested in seeing how the list changes (or not) when the ranking factor is changed. That is, to what extent does the ranking change or remain the same when upload speed or latency are used for comparison?
is this the average speed? or maximum available? it's gotta be average bc we see much faster speeds in the US and we don't make either list... :)
It'd be a completely useless list if it only listed the maximum available.
