The next time someone asks you, "how are you doing today?" instead of replying "good," articulate your feelings with the emotion wheel. Start on the inside and move outward.
Example: I'm feeling love → sentimental → nostalgic.
This is one of my favorite facts ever! I feel enthralled by all the words there are to choose from.
